Unheated pool, open from May to September, weather permitting. Depth: 80 cm at the ends and 1.50 m in the middle. The pool has an alarm; children must remain under adult supervision.

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. We've had a great time in excellent accomodation. We've visited lots of lovely places, including Buzet, Chateau Bonaguil, the Prune and noisette farms and an armagnac town. We really enjoyed the gardens at le-Temple sur lot. It was fun doing the high ropes courses at Happy Forest too. In addition to the above its been incredibly relaxing to be able to enjoy the pool too. Merci beaucoup

How is the house arranged?
The house sleeps up to six in three bedrooms. Downstairs: a 140 cm-wide double bed and an adjoining shower room. Upstairs: a 140 cm-wide double bed, two 90 cm-wide single beds and a second shower room. A staircase leads upstairs; no other access constraints have been reported.
Are the pool and garden private?
The pool and garden are exclusively reserved for guests during their stay. The owners live nearby; screens provide privacy in the garden. The pool is not heated. It is 80 cm deep at the ends and 1.50 m in the middle. It is open from May to September, weather permitting, and has a safety alarm. Children must remain under adult supervision.
What comfort is provided in summer and winter?
The house is not air-conditioned; fans are available. It has gas central heating. Electricity and heating are included from May to September. Outside this period, they are charged according to actual consumption.
Is linen provided?
Bed linen is optional at €15 per set, with beds made on arrival. Towels are optional at €10 per person. You are welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels. Please request bed linen and towels preferably during the telephone conversation in the week before your arrival. Kitchen linen — tea towels and hand towels — is provided free of charge.
What about cleaning and the barbecue?
Guests are asked to clean the house at the end of their stay; otherwise, an €80 cleaning fee applies. Please clean the barbecue after use; a €10 cleaning fee applies if guests have not cleaned it.
What are the arrival and departure arrangements?
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. We welcome you personally and hand over the keys. Adjustments can be discussed to suit your travel arrangements. Late arrivals are possible by prior agreement.
What equipment is available for babies?
A high chair and a cot are available free of charge. Please request them preferably during the telephone conversation in the week before your arrival.
What are the booking conditions?
Tourist tax is included in the price. For the security deposit, length of stay, payment and cancellation terms, please check your chosen offer on Clévacances or Booking. Pets are not allowed and the house is non-smoking.
